The Opportunity:

In this fully remote role, you will have the unique chance to collaborate with top-tier U.S. clients and their expert teams, contributing your talents to groundbreaking projects that drive innovation and excellence in design.

What You'll Do:

• Identify business, design, and development needs to shape the design system.
• Define parameters for design system components, documentation, and governance.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the creation and deployment of robust design elements.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to implement a React-based design system, leveraging Design Tokens and Dev Mode in Figma.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation for design system components to maintain consistency across user experiences.
• Partner collaboratively with product and development teams to drive success.
• Extract meaningful insights from user research data and effectively communicate these to stakeholders.
• Present and articulate design concepts to the larger product team.

Who You Are:

You are an experienced professional with an exceptional mastery of Figma and outstanding written and spoken English. You possess a self-starter mentality and a strong work ethic, complemented by a polished, client-facing demeanor. While contracting experience is a bonus, what sets you apart is your systems-oriented mindset and ability to engage collaboratively with diverse teams.
