Sr. Frontend Engineer (React/Retool)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement high-quality, scalable web applications using React and Retool.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions for client projects.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills and foster professional growth.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and optimize the performance of applications for better user experience.
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss project updates, technical challenges, and solution strategies, ensuring strong alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer with a focus on client-facing roles.
  • Extensive hands-on expertise with React and complex Retool apps
  • Extensive Experience working with GraphQL APIs.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency or near-fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver suitable technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with US-based clients is a plus.
  • Knowledge of modern front-end development best practices and UI/UX design principles.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend technologies that complement frontend development.
