You'll be working directly with U.S.-based teams to develop a cutting-edge web application that serves executives, analysts, and project builders alike. This platform is designed to provide fast, clear insights, full transparency, and guided workflows, all within a single, cohesive user interface. Your work will directly impact how users log in to view dashboards, upload data, test scenarios, and share results, ensuring they receive real-time feedback and maintain trust and transparency. You'll be part of a fully remote team, leveraging flexible work arrangements to deliver high-impact solutions.

A web app that helps users evaluate and compare energy projects through one cohesive interface that serves all user types—not separate experiences. The platform provides:

• For Project Builders: Guided flows with helpful defaults

Main User Goals You'll Enable

Users need to log in and see a dashboard of projects and key results, upload location lists and match projects to them, enter project assumptions and optional interval data, see results immediately with clear cause-and-effect, test and compare different scenarios, and export and share polished results.

Inputs & Data Handling

You'll design forms that clearly show what is required versus optional and where data comes from (internal, API, or upload). Uploads must accept messy data like interval load files and give clear feedback on success or errors. Financial and energy assumptions must be easy to enter, easy to understand, and mapped to industry-standard categories.

Outputs & Visualizations

Create dashboard views displaying ROI, savings, energy output, and carbon impact. Design charts and comparisons that make trends obvious, scenario comparisons side by side, and maps showing projects and locations. Every key number must come with explainable context so users understand "why this result." Interfaces should feel as clear and guided as platforms that pull together complex environmental and financial data.

Real-Time Feedback & Trust

Whenever inputs change, results update immediately with no waiting. Show states like "recalculating," "based on last data," or "this assumption changed." Always display where data came from, last updated timestamps, and track who changed what, when, and why through notes and comments. This matches how people rely on deep environmental and finance data platforms to justify decisions.

Collaboration & Export

Enable easy sharing between teammates, adding notes to context decisions, and exporting clean summary dashboards and presentation-ready PDFs.

MVP & Future Growth

MVP maps will show sites and project locations, but designs must scale for richer layers later (like spatial finance maps). Design for growth—new data sources (APIs, uploads) must slot in easily, and scenario and stochastic analysis should be easy to add later. Avoid designs that assume only today's model structures.

What You'll Bring

Technical Skills and Experience:

• Expertise in building web applications with a focus on data handling and visualization
• Proficiency in using Figma for high-fidelity prototyping, including Auto Layout and design system rules
• Experience creating design systems and components that are ready for engineering handoff and easy to theme and scale
• Ability to design interfaces that support growth, including the integration of new data sources and scenario analysis
• Rapid, high-fidelity prototyping capabilities—prototypes should look close to final product, be clickable and realistic, and be suitable for stakeholder review
• Strong understanding of design tokens (colors, typography, spacing, states) with clear naming conventions

Figma & Design System Excellence:

• Use Figma as the source of truth with all screens built using Auto Layout for flexibility, easy updates, and reusability
• Create comprehensive design systems, not just UI mockups—including inputs, buttons, tables, charts, cards, and control components like modals and sliders
• Ensure tokens and components are clearly named, ready for engineering handoff, and easy to theme and scale

Professional English Communication:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with U.S.-based clients and teams

Suberb Client Interaction Capabilities:

• Ability to engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations
• Comfort with frequent feedback loops and stakeholder review cycles

What Sets You Apart

Optional Technical Skills and Technologies:

• Familiarity with platforms that integrate financial and environmental data, providing context and transparency
