This is not just a design role; it's a partnership where you'll collaborate directly with the founder to co-create user flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces. Your work will support churches, vulnerable families, city initiatives, and spiritual formation, with projects such as a national discipleship mobile app, web platforms for foster families, and tools for ministry collaboration.

What You'll Bring

1. At least 3 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing work on mobile apps, web apps/dashboards, and responsive sites.
2. Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.
3. Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to collaborate effectively, think creatively, and iterate on designs.
5. Comfort in giving and receiving feedback to enhance project outcomes.
