Join our dynamic Mobile Team within Flylance's client's Member Experience organization, where you'll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing digital healthcare experiences. As a Lead React Native Developer, you'll take charge of our mobile application, driving its technical evolution and ensuring it delivers robust self-service functionalities for users. Your work will directly impact how users navigate their healthcare and maximize their benefits, all while collaborating with top-tier U.S. clients. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to innovate and lead in a cutting-edge technical environment.

What You'll Bring

Technical Expertise:

• 8+ years of professional experience in mobile application development, with expert-level proficiency in React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Deep understanding of the React Native ecosystem, including Redux, React Navigation, and various UI libraries.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of Android development principles, including Android SDK, Java/Kotlin, and Android Studio.
• Experience with native module development for React Native (iOS/Android) when necessary.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVI).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and data persistence.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing frameworks for React Native.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.

Professional English Communication:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Client Interaction Capabilities:

• Demonstrable experience leading and mentoring junior engineers or offshore teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on technical standards.
