Senior Data Engineer (SQL, dbt)

This fully remote role offers the chance to collaborate directly with our founders, shaping the foundation of our innovative solutions.

What You'll Bring

  1. Proven experience in a fast-growing startup or high-velocity data environment.
  2. Deep proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
  3. Expertise with dbt and modern data warehouse tools such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Postgres, or DuckDB.
  4. Working knowledge of Python (or Java) for data pipeline development.
  5. Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and think from first principles.

What Sets You Apart

  1. Familiarity with embedding models, data enrichment APIs, or healthcare/benefits datasets.
  2. Previous consulting experience.
