The Opportunity

Join Flylanceas a DevOps Engineer and be at the forefront of revolutionizing cybersecurity through Human Digital Hygiene (HDH). Our client's product is transforming how users prevent social engineering and human-error–driven breaches. In this role, you'll tackle the challenge of scaling and securing our cutting-edge infrastructure as we transition from prototype to production. You'll work in a dynamic technical environment, leveraging AWS and other leading technologies to deliver impactful solutions for industry-leading clients in the cybersecurity and AI sectors.

What You'll Bring

1. 3–5 years of hands-on DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience.
2. Strong expertise with AWS core services: EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, CloudWatch, IAM, and VPC networking.
3. Proficiency with Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.
4. Experience deploying and maintaining Python and Node.js applications in production.
5. Working knowledge of Docker, Linux administration, and GitOps workflows.
6. Familiarity with security operations, including vulnerability management, least-privilege IAM, SIEM, or security compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, etc.).
7. Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Basic client interaction capabilities.

What Sets You Apart

1. Experience with MLOps or deploying machine learning models in production environments.
2. Exposure to AI security, endpoint detection, or threat intelligence environments.
3. Understanding of zero-egress architectures and data isolation.
4. Hands-on experience with AWS KMS, Secrets Manager, and AWS Security Hub.
5. Previous consulting experience.
