You will be at the forefront of developing our client's agent, an intelligent, on-device safety agent designed to prevent costly cybersecurity mistakes. Your work will involve fine-tuning and evaluating local large language models (LLMs) to detect and mitigate risky human-computer interactions, such as phishing and malicious URLs. This is an exciting opportunity to apply machine learning in a cutting-edge technical environment, directly impacting the safety of individuals and organizations against AI-driven social engineering threats.

What You'll Bring

1. Expertise in fine-tuning open-source language models like Gemma, LLaMA, Mistral, and Qwen for domain-specific reasoning about browser-based risks.
2. Proficiency in building and maintaining pipelines for dataset preparation, tokenization, supervised fine-tuning (SFT), and evaluation.
3. Experience with parameter-efficient techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, or adapters for small-device deployment.
4. Strong skills in Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
5. Ability to develop safety classifiers or scoring systems that translate model reasoning into user-facing confidence levels.
6. Excellent professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Strong client interaction capabilities.
