Join our dynamic team as a client-facing consultant, where you'll lead the charge in developing cutting-edge services for industry-leading U.S.-based clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to tackle complex challenges in a fully remote, flexible work environment. You'll be at the forefront of integrating AI-powered tools and machine learning capabilities into our platform workflows, working closely with product managers, backend engineers, operations, and data teams. Your work will directly impact the delivery of robust APIs and microservices, enabling seamless partner integrations and enhancing downstream systems.

What You'll Bring

Technical Expertise:

• 8+ years of experience as a Java engineer with a deep understanding of Java & Spring, and microservices architecture.
• Proven experience in building and extending APIs and data services, including file (EDI, CSV) and messaging-based integrations (Kafka).
• Hands-on experience with native cloud capabilities, particularly with AWS or GCP.
• Proficiency in data architecture, SQL/PostgreSQL, and developing data-intensive services and solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or WindSurf.

Communication Skills:

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse teams and clients.

Client Interaction:

• Basic skills in client interaction, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical design specifications.

• Experience in building frontend features using React or Angular, even if it's not your primary focus.

• Previous experience in a consulting role, demonstrating your ability to deliver impactful solutions for clients.
