Senior CRM Architect (HubSpot)

The Opportunity

Join us as a seasoned HubSpot Architect for a high-impact CRM migration project, transitioning from Salesforce to HubSpot. This role is pivotal in translating complex business requirements into actionable user stories and configuring HubSpot modules to enhance sales and service operations. You'll collaborate closely with our integration engineering team to ensure a seamless implementation. This project emphasizes leveraging HubSpot's automation and AI capabilities to deliver a successful go-live within a tight timeline. This is a remote, part-time contract role requiring approximately 160 hours over the next several weeks.

What You'll Bring

  1. 5+ years of hands-on experience as a HubSpot Architect or in a similar role, with deep expertise in HubSpot Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub.
  2. Proven track record in CRM migrations, particularly from Salesforce to HubSpot, including data import strategies and historic backfill (e.g., 12-18 months of records).
  3. Strong understanding of HubSpot's native features like workflows, sequences, reporting dashboards, and AI-assisted automation.
  4. Experience creating user stories and working in agile environments, with familiarity in tools like Jira or Confluence.
  5. Excellent English communication skills to effectively bridge business stakeholders and technical teams.
  6. Ability to work onshore (US time zones) and commit to a fast-paced timeline with daily stand-ups.

What Sets You Apart

  1. Certification in HubSpot (e.g., Sales, Service, or Operations Professional).
  2. Knowledge of e-commerce integrations (e.g., Shopify) and loyalty/education platforms.
  3. Experience with data archiving, checksum validation, and handling large datasets (~8,000 records).
  4. Previous consulting experience.
