You'll be at the forefront of transforming the user experience for a rapidly growing UGC creator marketplace and SaaS platform. This platform connects student creators with brands and employers for paid content campaigns, job postings, and “Super Creator” programs. With hundreds of thousands of users and a Top-15 App Store ranking, our client is driving strong revenue growth with a lean, high-velocity team. Your mission will be to own the end-to-end design process for web and mobile apps, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently while conducting user research and usability testing to iterate based on feedback.

What You'll Bring

1. At least 1 year of professional UI/UX design experience.
2. Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools) for creating and managing design systems.
3. A strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web product design.
4. A solid grasp of design principles, including typography, color, and layout.
5. Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
6. Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
7. Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Basic client interaction capabilities.
