The Opportunity

Join our dynamic consulting team to tackle exciting challenges in client-facing technology solutions. You'll lead and contribute to a cutting-edge platform using a headless approach, with a dedicated microservice backend. This role combines hands-on development with project management, requiring expertise in Node.js, Next.js, and TypeScript, and a focus on API development and Stripe integration. The technical environment includes MariaDB for database management and Docker for containerization, ensuring scalable solutions. As a Tech Lead/Project Manager, you'll assign yourself tickets to push features while overseeing distributed teams and multiple projects.

What You'll Bring

  1. Strong understanding of code fundamentals to lead and contribute to development.
  2. Exceptional communication skills for engaging with the executive team, C-Suite, Board, and investors.
  3. Ability to manage distributed teams and multiple projects, setting realistic expectations with founders.
  4. Hands-on role with individual contributor responsibilities, including coding and feature development.
  5. Proven experience in Node.js and Next.js for building scalable applications.
  6. Proficiency in TypeScript and API development.
  7. Strong understanding of Stripe integration.
  8. Experience with MariaDB and Docker.
  9. Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  10. Basic client interaction capabilities, demonstrating professionalism and self-drive.
