Senior UX/UI Designer

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Experience
  • Ability to work cross-functionally/context switch
  • Partner with engineering, product management, and business teams to solve persona-driven needs
  • Conduct competitive and industry research to understand the needs, pain points, and use cases of the personas represented.
  • Strong knowledge of and passion for user-centered design principles
  • Work at the intersection of design and development to translate product requirements into design specifications, user journey maps, and workflows.
  • Experience designing user experiences, from thorough research, persona empathy, usability testing, and prototyping
  • Led the design of low-fidelity mockups and rapid prototypes for user testing and iteration via Figma.
  • Lead customer reviews and usability events to gather feedback and data on design effectiveness.
  • A keen eye for details, color use, typography, and consistency in design
  • Strong understanding of digital branding
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated record of working hard. staying humble, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others
