As a key player in our remote-first environment, you'll tackle complex challenges at the intersection of design and development. Your work will focus on understanding and addressing persona-driven needs through user-centered design principles. You'll engage in competitive and industry research, leveraging tools like Figma to create impactful design systems and prototypes. Your contributions will directly influence the user experience and drive the success of our clients' projects.

What You'll Bring

1. Expertise in user-centered design principles, with a strong focus on persona mapping and usability testing using Figma.
2. Proven experience in creating low-fidelity mockups and rapid prototypes for user testing and iteration.
3. In-depth knowledge of Figma’s “Dev Mode” and “Design Tokens,” as well as accessibility standards in design.
4. Demonstrated ability to build comprehensive design systems in Figma.
5. Strong understanding of digital branding and a keen eye for details, color use, typography, and design consistency.
6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
7. Professional English communication skills (written and verbal).
8. Basic client interaction capabilities, including the ability to conduct customer reviews and usability events.
