Senior SDET Engineer (JavaScript, Selenium)

The Opportunity

Join us in revolutionizing the syndicated loan and CLO markets by transforming outdated and cumbersome workflows into efficient, transparent, and simplified processes. As an SDET Engineer at Flylance, you'll play a pivotal role in automating and enhancing the performance of our client's cutting-edge trading platform. Your work will directly impact industry-leading clients by integrating trading capabilities, data, and analytics into a seamless, digitized platform. This is your chance to be at the forefront of market transformation, driving efficiency and innovation in electronic trading systems and Fixed Income Markets.

What You'll Bring

  1. Extensive hands-on experience with test automation frameworks/tools for UI, API, and performance testing, with a strong emphasis on electronic trading systems.
  2. Proficiency in one or more object-oriented programming languages, with a preference for JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
  3. Solid experience with web-based test frameworks/tools such as Playwright, PyTest, Selenium, and Postman (or similar).
  4. Expertise in architecting and implementing test automation solutions and frameworks for both front-end and back-end systems.
  5. Strong understanding of git workflow in GitHub, GitLab, or similar version control systems.
  6. Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.
  7. Familiarity with Test Driven Development concepts.
  8. Proven ability to collaborate with developers on test automation scenarios, including API, integration, and E2E tests.
  9. Professional English communication skills (written and verbal).
  10. Basic client interaction capabilities.
