As a Software Development Engineer, you'll tackle the challenge of transforming outdated and complex workflows into streamlined, efficient processes. The client's proprietary electronic trading platform integrates trading capabilities, data, and analytics on a digitized platform, offering you the chance to make a direct impact on industry-leading clients. You'll work in a dynamic technical environment, collaborating with top engineering talent to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.

What You'll Bring

1. Proven experience as a Senior UI Developer, Frontend Developer, or similar role, with expertise in React, Typescript, and frontend frameworks such as React Native and Chakra UI components.
2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON, with a strong understanding of responsive design principles.
3. Experience with state management tools like Redux or Context API, and routing libraries such as React Router or Tanstack Router.
4. Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Vitest, React Testing Library, or Jest.
5. Experience in writing UI extensible frameworks and using AG-Grid for complex UI data visualization.
6. Solid knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
7. Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Basic client interaction capabilities to collaborate effectively with product teams and improve user experience.

2. Ability to handle mission-critical, high-level business outcomes and independently scope, validate, and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Experience working directly with Product Design teams to enhance user experience.
4. UI/UX design skills for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
5. Basic knowledge of cloud-based solutions, ideally AWS, but open to GCP.
6. Previous consulting experience.
